As a short-term volunteer with IBG, you’ll take part in two inspiring workcamps over a period of five weeks – completely free of charge:
IBG21 Feuerbach (14.09 – 27.09, Stuttgart) – help transform an overgrown piece of land into a shared community space for all ages to enjoy educational nature activities.
IBG19 Orchard Meadow (29.09 – 13.10, Swabian-Franconian Forest) – support biodiversity by trimming old fruit trees in a traditional orchard meadow, creating habitats for animals while living together with international volunteers in tents, surrounded by nature.
In both camps, you’ll live and work together with a group of international volunteers, contributing to meaningful local community projects while gaining hands-on experience and new friendships.
We’re looking for motivated young people (18–30) who enjoy international group work, being outdoors, and contributing to meaningful projects. You should be open-minded, adaptable, and ready to embrace new experiences — even in unexpected weather conditions.
Location: Stuttgart & Swabian-Franconian Forest, Germany
Duration: 4 weeks
Start Date: 14 September 2025
Hosting Organization: IBG – Internationale Begegnung in Gemeinschaftsdiensten e.V.
