Depending on your interests and strengths, you’ll have the chance to get involved in different areas:
🤝 Employment and Training – Support migrants in creating their CVs, discovering job opportunities, and improving their digital and communication skills.
☕ Intercultural Space “Calor y Café” – Take part in workshops, cultural visits, and English lessons, all while sharing warm moments and intercultural experiences.
🎨 Awareness and Communication – Collaborate in creative school projects, design flyers, and help raise awareness on important social issues.
🌱 Youth and Education – Support children and teenagers through study assistance and activities with the dynamic Youth Incola group.
🏠 Welcome Area & “Café Solidario” – Assist with reception tasks and engage in community actions to support homeless people.
Throughout this journey, you’ll grow personally and professionally, developing both soft skills, such as teamwork, adaptability, and intercultural sensitivity, and hard skills like project planning, digital tools, and Spanish language proficiency.
