Researcher internship

Are you eager to explore youth exchanges and get hands-on experience in organizing projects and events for young people? Do you want to unleash your creativity, gain valuable skills, and learn in a dynamic environment? If so, we’d love to have you on our team!

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to:

  • Gather, analyze, and organize large amounts of information, ensuring accurate referencing and clear presentation.
  • Develop and prepare intellectual publications, reports, and educational tools.
  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including small translations.
  • Represent the Association at various events and assist in their organization.
  • Attend partner meetings and contribute to international collaborations.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone interested in project management, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to take on new challenges.

During your internship, you’ll have priority access to international partner meetings, youth exchanges, and training programs, offering valuable networking and learning experiences.

We hope you:

  • Have excellent Lithuanian and English language skills.
  • Work independently and take initiative.
  • Approach tasks creatively and with enthusiasm.
  • Conduct thorough research and effectively gather information.
  • Communicate confidently and express ideas with ease.

 

If you are a university student, we can provide you with a placement to complete your required internship in accordance with your university’s criteria (duration, hours per week, topics can be agreed). Usually internship with us lasts for 2 months and is remote, however we can agree on the duration of your internship.
