This training course is for youth workers who want to understand what shapes well-being today and bring practical tools into everyday youth work.
You’ll explore well-being through two key pillars: Body and Mind.
We’ll practice mindfulness, build emotional awareness and regulation, strengthen resilience and coping skills, and include daily movement.
We’ll also look at modern challenges, exploring how social media and digital habits can support or harm well-being, from scrolling to sleep and focus.
Community is a key part of well-being, so we’ll explore run clubs as a simple model of connection + movement, and learn how to adapt this approach to other sports, creative activities, or social initiatives, including how to start a similar community project from scratch.
If you want to grow as a youth worker, recharge your own well-being, and leave with tools you can use straight away, this training is for you. Join us!
