This course will cover the basics of debate, including how to present arguments logically, respond to opposing views, and use evidence to support claims. It will also explore the value of dialogue, emphasizing active listening, empathy, and finding common ground in political discussions. Participants will practice strategies for navigating difficult conversations, ensuring their voices are heard while fostering respect and understanding. The goal is to empower youth to engage in political conversations with confidence, clarity, and openness, contributing to a more informed and vibrant democratic process.
