This is an international training course where we will learn how to design and deliver meaningful, high-quality youth exchanges that truly respond to the needs of young people.
Together, we will explore what makes a youth exchange engaging, safe, inclusive, and impactful, going beyond theory and focusing on real practice.
Through interactive workshops, group work, simulations, and reflection, we will strengthen our facilitation skills, learn how to plan learning-focused programmes, and understand how to support group dynamics and participation, especially when working with minors.
Throughout the training, we will work in mixed teams, exchange experiences, build partnerships, and step by step develop concrete ideas for future Erasmus+ youth exchanges.
The course offers a friendly and motivating space where we will connect, learn by doing, and leave more confident, inspired, and ready to turn ideas into real projects that create change.
Age of participants: 15-18, group leader 18+
