This training course brings together youth workers and youth leaders from across Europe to strengthen their capacity to support inclusive, high-quality learning experiences—especially for young people with fewer opportunities.

Through a dynamic program of workshops, peer exchange, and practical tools, participants will explore how to foster social inclusion through non-formal education and international mobility projects.

Together, we’ll co-create strategies for preparing and supporting participants before, during, and after mobility activities, and build strong partnerships for future projects aimed at empowering marginalized youth.
