Collective intelligence makes it possible to address complex situations and can even become a force for individual, group and societal change. Give yourself the opportunity to re-examine your place, your role and your uniqueness in what happens around you and in the groups in which you work! Identify the behaviors that you can adopt to unite the group and make its members want to cooperate.

The objective of this training course is to provide youth workers with tools and methodologies to design activities in a more inclusive point of view to work with their youths and team. It is designed to help everyone question, observe and experience their own cooperative stance. The methodology of the exchange will be based on horizontal self-training, small working groups, practical and outdoor activities.

Age of participants: 20+

Accommodation and meals during the project will be free of charge. Travel expenses will be reimbursed after the project
