In many communities, young people still have limited access to artistic and cultural spaces, especially those facing social or economic barriers.
This Training Course is a practical and inspiring experience for youth workers and active young people who want to use art and culture to support inclusion, participation and youth wellbeing and create empowering spaces for youth.
Together, we will explore how creative activities: like theatre, music, movement, creative writing, visual arts and other cultural practices, can help young people express themselves, build confidence, feel a sense of belonging and take part in their communities.
Through non-formal education, we will work in an interactive way: hands-on workshops, group challenges, sharing sessions, reflection circles and intercultural exchange, where everyone can bring ideas from their own background and learn from others.
You will leave with simple, ready-to-use methods and facilitation tools to design engaging activities, motivate participation, and make culture more accessible for young people in your local context.
If you believe creativity can be a powerful way to break barriers, connect people and support youth, this training is for you!
