Location: Piirsalu, Estonia

This training course is for youth workers, mentors, and volunteers who want to go beyond simply “managing” activities and start truly creating, collaborating, and growing together with young people.

Throughout this hands-on and interactive week, participants will dive into workshops, real-life simulations, reflection sessions, teamwork challenges, and creative exercises designed to strengthen practical youth work skills. Together, you’ll explore how to support young people and volunteers in transforming ideas into meaningful projects and activities by using design thinking, facilitation methods, creativity, and collaborative approaches.

The training focuses on co-creation, active participation, and empowering young people to take initiative, express themselves, and become active contributors within their communities. You’ll also gain practical tools for teamwork, communication, problem-solving, and group facilitation that you can directly apply in your future projects and everyday youth work.

Hosted in a peaceful natural environment, the experience combines learning with connection, wellbeing, and intercultural exchange. It’s a space where participants from different countries can share experiences, inspire one another, and build meaningful international connections in a supportive and motivating atmosphere.

Expect a week full of creativity, collaboration, new perspectives, personal growth, and practical learning — with plenty of moments to reflect, exchange ideas, and co-create together.

Accommodation and meals during the project will be free of charge. Travel expenses will be reimbursed according to Erasmus+ rules after the project.
