This Training Course is for youth workers, mentors, and volunteers who want to move beyond “just managing” and start creating together with young people.

During this hands-on week, you’ll take part in interactive workshops, real-life simulations, reflection sessions, and creative exercises. You’ll explore how to support young people and volunteers in turning ideas into meaningful activities, using design thinking, teamwork, and facilitation tools. 

Set in a peaceful natural environment, the training also creates space to connect, share experiences with participants from different countries, and learn from each other in a supportive international group.

Age of participants: 18+

Accommodation and meals during the project will be free of charge. Travel expenses will be reimbursed according to Erasmus+ rules after the project.
