Location: Rajgród, Poland

This international training course brings together educators, teachers, youth workers, and future educators from different European countries to explore Challenge-Based Learning (CBL) in a digital environment.

Through interactive workshops, teamwork challenges, peer-learning sessions, and collaborative activities, participants will discover how real-world challenges can become powerful learning experiences. The training will introduce the CBL framework (Engage, Investigate, Act) and explore digital tools and AI that can support online and hybrid learning environments.

Working in international teams, you will design and test your own challenge-based learning scenarios, develop new competences in digital pedagogy, creative problem-solving, and experiential learning, and learn how to turn ideas into meaningful educational projects.

Beyond the learning sessions, the project offers a unique opportunity to connect with educators from across Europe, exchange practices, and build networks for future cooperation in an inspiring natural environment surrounded by lakes and forests.

Age of participants: 18+

Accommodation and meals during the stay in Rajgród will be free of charge. Travel expenses will be reimbursed according to Erasmus+ distance bands.
