Why do so many young people feel unheard when it comes to decisions that affect their lives?
This training course is for youth workers who want to change this reality and support young people in becoming active, confident, and engaged citizens.
The course focuses on social, civic, and democratic participation and on how youth workers can move beyond traditional approaches to truly empower young people to take part in shaping their communities.
During the training, participants learn by doing. Through interactive workshops, non-formal education methods, group work, debates, simulations, community meetings, and reflection sessions, we will explore different forms of youth participation, from volunteering and activism to democratic debate and digital participation.
Together, we will exchange practices, test new tools, and co-create concrete mini-actions and campaigns that can be replicated locally.
You’ll leave with new friends, fresh motivation, and concrete tools to bring back to your community.
Join us if you want to support young people to truly feel they can make change happen.
