This project is perfect for youth workers eager to empower young people in a rapidly changing world. Held in Romania, the training program is designed to equip participants with the skills to create impactful sustainability and climate adaptation learning initiatives that inspire and engage youth in making a positive environmental impact.

Participants will learn to:

• Create sustainability-focused educational programs to promote eco-friendly practices.
• Equip youth with skills to adapt to climate change and develop resilience.
• Address challenges in communities undergoing transitions due to industry closures or other shifts.
• Foster cross-sector collaboration to drive community-based sustainability projects.
• Inspire youth leadership to initiate environmental projects and create positive change.

Accommodation and meals during the project will be free of charge. Travel expenses will be reimbursed after the projectT
