This training course is designed to respond to the growing need for more engaging, interactive, and relevant approaches in youth work.
Young people learn best through dynamic and meaningful experiences, and we will support youth workers with practical and innovative tools to keep their activities motivating in an increasingly digital and fast-changing world.
During this international training in Slovenia, we will focus on empowering youth workers with concrete skills to design and use physical and digital escape rooms as educational tools. Through hands-on workshops, group challenges, and collaborative design sessions, we will explore how escape rooms can promote critical thinking, teamwork, creativity, and problem-solving, while also addressing key topics such as inclusion, diversity, and cultural awareness.
By sharing experiences and learning together in an intercultural group, we will help youth workers gain practical methods they can directly apply in their daily work, especially with young people with fewer opportunities.
If you are curious about gamification, want to refresh your youth work practice, and enjoy learning by doing in a fun and creative environment, join us and unlock new learning horizons. Apply now!
