This is a dynamic training course designed to empower youth workers by deepening their understanding of European citizenship and strengthening their ability to engage young people in meaningful ways. It offers an open space for learning, exchange, and personal and professional growth.

Participants will explore how to bring Europe closer to youth — not just through knowledge, but through active, informed engagement. We’ll dive into the values, structures, and challenges of the EU, and discover tools to promote active citizenship within our communities.

The seminar supports youth in playing a stronger role in shaping Europe’s future by investing in peer education, fostering long-term partnerships, and co-creating accessible, relevant educational content with young people. It focuses on making Europe more understandable, relatable, and actionable for youth.

If you’re passionate about European values and want to join a growing network working toward a more inclusive and participatory Europe, this seminar is for you.
