This training course is for youth workers, educators, trainers, facilitators, and active volunteers who want to strengthen their facilitation skills and feel more confident leading sessions with young people. You will explore what facilitation really is, what key competences a strong facilitator needs, and how to build a personal facilitation style that fits your context.
The programme is hands-on and practice-based. Through non-formal education methods, peer exchange, and guided reflection, you will work with creative tools that support inclusion, meaningful participation, and youth empowerment, and you will leave with a facilitation toolkit you can actually use.
The training takes place in Attiki (Nea Makri), Greece, on September 24-29, 2026 (including travel days). Accommodation and meals are fully covered, and travel is reimbursed according to Erasmus+ distance bands (up to 395 EUR depending on distance). After the training, you are expected to implement a follow-up activity (a workshop/session) using what you developed during the course.
Age of participants: 18+, Group leader: 18+
