Location: Marja Talu, Estonia
This partnership-building activity is designed for youth workers who want to strengthen international cooperation and develop impactful Erasmus+ projects focused on inclusion, human rights, and anti-discrimination.
Participants will take part in a structured “project lab” process, supported by professional trainers, where they will exchange good practices and collaboratively design concrete project ideas. Through interactive workshops, group work, and peer learning, you will explore topics such as No Hate Speech, human rights education, and inclusive youth participation, with a strong focus on engaging young people with fewer opportunities.
Participants will work together to transform ideas into ready-to-develop Erasmus+ project concepts that respond to real needs in their communities.
If you want to build strong international partnerships, gain practical tools for project development, and co-create meaningful initiatives that promote inclusion and equality, this training course is for you!
Age of participants: 18+
Accommodation and meals during the project will be free of charge. Travel expenses will be reimbursed according to Erasmus+ rules after the project.
