Location: Berlin, Germany
This training course is designed for youth workers, educators, trainers, and anyone involved in youth work who wants to deepen their understanding of non-formal education (NFE) and enhance their facilitation skills. The program provides a dynamic and reflective space to explore innovative ways to create meaningful learning experiences for young people. Through hands-on activities, experiential learning, and group collaboration, participants will engage with different approaches to learning and facilitation, co-create workshops, and reflect on their practice using Youthpass.
The training combines theory with practice, including peer-to-peer learning, creativity, critical thinking, and space for innovation. Participants will explore social-emotional learning (SEL), principles of NFE, and tools to make youth work inclusive, impactful, and learner-centered. The course encourages self-awareness, intercultural dialogue, and the transfer of learning into local contexts.
Age of participants: 18+
Accommodation and meals during the project are free of charge. Travel expenses will be reimbursed after the project.
