While many youth workers are deeply motivated to support young people, they often face challenges in managing teams, resolving conflicts, and maintaining structure in their activities.
This project aims to bridge that gap by offering practical leadership training combined with rich intercultural learning. Over the course of seven days, participants will develop key leadership skills such as decision-making, emotional intelligence, and effective time management, while also gaining practical knowledge in communication, conflict resolution, and group coordination.
Through engaging non-formal methods like role-playing, coaching simulations, and collaboration with local youth, they will put theory into practice and experience leadership in action.
The training encourages participants to reflect on their personal leadership style, build self-confidence, and return home ready to create better quality youth activities and inspire growth within their local communities.
