Youth work today benefits from more funding and opportunities than ever before. Yet, the social and environmental challenges facing Europe and the world continue to intensify. This prompts a critical question: Are we truly making the impact we are trying to make?
Clearly, something isn’t adding up. While some practices deliver great results, others fall short. This training course invites us to reflect deeply on our approaches—celebrating what works, identifying what doesn’t, and discovering how to avoid ineffective experiences in Erasmus+ projects.
Through non-formal education, we will explore how to design youth experiences that are inclusive, educationally sound, and environmentally responsible. We’ll examine practical strategies to reduce the ecological footprint of our activities while maximizing their long-term value.
Measuring and evaluating our impact will also be a core focus—ensuring our work is not just well-intentioned, but genuinely transformative.
And because creativity is central to everything we do, this learning experience will be dynamic, interactive, and full of innovative tools to advance sustainability and quality in youth work.
