Location: Yerevan, Armenia

Across Europe and its neighbouring regions, young people face fast-changing job markets, growing skills gaps, and uncertain transitions from education to employment. Youth workers are often their first mentors, yet many lack up-to-date tools for career guidance.

Join us in Yerevan—one of the region’s most exciting hubs for tech, engineering, and the creative industries—for an interactive, hands-on learning experience designed to boost your career-guidance toolkit.

Together, we’ll explore fresh ways to help young people discover their strengths, explore learning paths, and step confidently into their futures. You’ll dive into labor-market trends, connect with employers, and gain tools for competency mapping, digital skill-building, and entrepreneurial thinking.

We’ll also focus on inclusion—sharing approaches to support NEETs, refugees, and rural youth facing extra barriers. Along the way, you’ll connect with youth workers, VET providers, and mentors from across Europe.

If you’re ready to make career support more impactful, inclusive, and future-ready—this training is for you.

Age of participants: 20+

Accommodation and meals during the project will be free of charge. Travel expenses will be reimbursed after the project
