IDEAS – Inclusive Dialogue, Experiences and AI Solutions for Youth Workers. The project focuses on the inclusive and responsible use of artificial intelligence in youth work, helping participants explore how digital tools can support dialogue, learning, inclusion and safe practice with young people.

During the mobility, participants will exchange experiences, develop practical methods, test AI-supported learning approaches and create youth-work tools that can be used after the project. The course is designed for active youth workers who have experience supporting young people with fewer opportunities. Basic AI skills and interest in ethical, inclusive and safe AI use are expected, while experience or studies in youth work, inclusion or digital education are an advantage.

Age of participants: 18+

Accommodation and meals are provided, and travel costs are reimbursed according to Erasmus+ rules as described in the infopack.
