This training course is designed for youth workers and youth leaders who want to make their projects more impactful, meaningful, and sustainable.
Participants will take part in hands-on workshops on impact-driven project design, explore practical tools such as impact mapping, logic models, and evaluation methods, and practice turning ideas, values, and community needs into coherent, results-oriented projects. You’ll engage in group work, simulations, and peer learning to test your ideas, reflect on challenges, and strengthen your confidence in designing projects that create lasting positive change. The programme focuses on fostering civic engagement, sustainability, and social responsibility in youth work.

Accommodation and meals during the project will be free of charge. Travel expenses will be reimbursed after the project.
