This training course is designed to empower youth workers through hands-on experience in outdoor survival, intensive first aid, and dynamic group cooperation techniques. Taking place in the mountainous region of Čadca, Slovakia, the program blends non-formal education with adventure and practical skill-building. Participants will engage in activities such as team games, outdoor cooking, and collaboration with local youth groups, all aimed at fostering teamwork, resilience, and creativity in youth work.
