This training course is designed for youth workers who want to strengthen their understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and make their work with young people more accessible and impactful.

Through group work, discussions, and reflection, you will develop a common language around inclusion before moving into practical tools and strategies.

The programme focuses on applying inclusive communication methods, removing barriers in youth work, and creating environments where all young people feel a sense of belonging. Through experiential learning and peer exchange, participants will reflect on their practices and explore how to integrate inclusive principles into their future activities.

Age of participants: 18+

Accommodation and meals during the project will be free of charge. Travel expenses will be reimbursed according to Erasmus+ rules after the project.
