This project brings together youth workers and young professionals who want to promote democracy, inclusion, and active citizenship among young people.

It focuses on European identity, citizenship, and values, with particular attention to young people from rural and remote areas. Through interactive sessions and practical methods, participants will explore effective ways to engage young people in civic and democratic life and support equal participation.

The programme combines hands-on learning, reflection, and the exchange of good practices, while encouraging the creation of strong networks and partnerships beyond the training.
