Location: Villalibado, Spain.

This is a Training Course designed for youth workers, youth leaders and educators who want to level up their facilitation skills by learning from the inside.

The main focus is on experiential learning, group dynamics, care and social permaculture, exploring how groups work as living systems and how to design learning spaces that are inclusive, meaningful and sustainable.

Together, we’ll dive into what happens in groups beyond the activities: communication patterns, roles, limits, participation, wellbeing and intercultural dynamics.

Instead of “ready-made recipes”, we’ll experience a structured learning journey  through interactive sessions, body-based and participatory methods, observation exercises, peer learning and guided reflection.

You’ll also have space to bring your own real challenges from youth work, exchange tools with others, and leave with fresh inspiration and concrete ideas you can transfer to your local projects.

If you’re curious about facilitation, love learning by doing, and want to grow in a supportive international group (plus some nature and rural vibes!), this training is for you.

Age of participants: 18+

Accommodation and meals during the project will be free of charge. Travel expenses will be reimbursed after the project.
