Make It Happen: Tools for Empowering Youth-Led Projects is a training course for youth workers, youth leaders, educators and facilitators who want to support young people in turning ideas into real youth-led projects.
The project focuses on participation, autonomy and ownership, helping youth workers create spaces where young people can identify needs, plan initiatives, communicate ideas and take action. Participants will explore facilitation, project development, creativity, critical thinking, digital and media literacy, and practical non-formal methods for real youth work contexts.
The programme is designed for people actively involved in working with young people, including staff and volunteers of youth organisations. A mix of newcomers and experienced youth workers is welcome, as long as participants are ready to take part fully, share experiences and transfer learning back to their local communities.
Age of participants: 18+
Accommodation and meals are provided, and travel costs are reimbursed according to Erasmus+ rules as described in the infopack.
