Location: Ghent, Belgium
Join us in Ghent for the international training course “Mental health in youthwork”, a 6-day programme that provides practical tools and strategies to strengthen youth workers’ resilience and support the mental health of the young people they work with.
Through interactive workshops, study visits, and peer exchange, participants will explore methods to protect personal boundaries, share good practices from different countries, and co-create sustainable approaches to youth work. The programme will also offer a safe and supportive space for reflection, self-care, empowerment, and innovation.
The course combines hands-on activities with theory, fostering experiential learning, creativity, and collaboration. Participants will engage in sessions that address mental health challenges in youth work, experiment with tools that promote well-being, and connect with peers from across Europe.
If you’re ready to strengthen your skills, exchange practices, and contribute to healthier youth work structures—this training is for you.
Age of participants: 18+
Accommodation and meals during the project will be free of charge. Travel expenses will be reimbursed after the project
