Step out of the classroom and into the wild! Nature as a Youth Worker is a transformative training course that blends outdoor adventure and powerful non-formal learning.

This course is designed to:

• Learn by doing in forests, caves, and abandoned villages
• Discover the ETS Competence Model in action
• Explore rituals like the Temazkal under the full moon
• Connect with youth workers from across Europe.
• Strengthen your skills in facilitation, teamwork, and youth engagement
• Help you develop creative tools for working with young people in today’s complex world
• Encourage daily practices like mindfulness, journaling, movement, and solo reflection
