Location: Ostroszowice, Poland
This mobility activity for youth workers is designed for people who want to exchange views on youth work and build new inspiration for working with young people in an international and experiential environment.
Participants will take part in artistic and educational workshops focused on recreation, self-expression, and experiential learning. Through activities such as QiGong, pranayama and breathing exercises, djembe drumming, horse riding, and coaching with horses, you will explore different ways of connecting body, mind, creativity, and group processes.
The programme combines non-formal education methods, outdoor experiences, artistic practice, and teamwork to strengthen key competences such as communication, creativity, self-awareness, facilitation, openness, and intercultural cooperation. Special attention is given to creating a space for inspiration, integration, and professional exchange, while also encouraging participants to reconnect with themselves and with others through movement, rhythm, nature, and reflection.
If you want to connect with people from different countries, explore new methods for youth work, develop creative and practical skills, and be part of an inspiring international experience, this mobility activity is for you!
