This project empowers youth workers and educators to better understand and respond to the needs of young people by providing practical tools, methods, and inspiration to organize meaningful activities and events. Participants will explore the foundations of youth work, key concepts, and the role of NGOs in supporting youth, while learning how to create initiatives that engage their communities and raise awareness on important issues.
Through peer exchange and collaboration with other youth workers across Europe, participants will discover new approaches, share best practices, and strengthen their ability to make a lasting impact. Funded by the European Union, the project offers a valuable opportunity to grow professionally, build connections, and contribute to more inclusive and responsive youth work.
