Location: Sovata, Romania

PlayLab: The Learning Through Play Laboratory is an Erasmus+ training course for youth workers who want to explore the power of play as a tool for learning, inclusion, and personal development. In an international group, you will engage in experiential activities, face outdoor challenges, and exchange good practices, discussing practical methods to support young people in their local communities and earn a Youthpass certificate.

The course is built around hands-on workshops, combining group activities, mountain expeditions, and interactive sessions with concrete tools you can bring back to your organization. Alongside skill exploration, the programme supports reflection and team building so you leave with a clearer approach to applying play-based modules in real youth work contexts.

Age of participants: 21+

Accommodation and meals are covered.

Travel costs are reimbursed according to Erasmus+ rules after the training course. Active TavoEuropa membership is required to participate. If you have questions, contact Austeja at austejai@tavo-europa.eu.
