PRACTICING COACHING & GUIDING is an Erasmus+ Training Course for youth workers, peer educators, and anyone who wants to coach and guide with more confidence, creativity, and fun. For 7 days, you’ll be immersed in a beautiful nature-surrounded venue, working with intuition-based and nature-based activities to discover your own coaching style—no textbooks, no rigid formulas, just real practice.
Through hands-on coaching exercises, peer coaching, outdoor activities, theater-based techniques, art, and reflective practice, you’ll explore coaching from every angle: as the coach, the coachee, and the observer. You’ll play with communication, body language, energy, and rapport-building and learn how to hold space so real learning can happen—all while connecting with your own strengths and letting go of outside expectations.
This is also a unique chance to build your international network: you’ll be sharing this experience with 32 other participants from all over Europe. Different perspectives, different cultures, one shared passion for growing as coaches and guides.
Age of participants: 24-45
Accommodation, meals, and travel reimbursement are covered according to Erasmus+ rules.
