Location: Darmstadt Forest, Germany

This training course is designed for young people and youth workers who want to explore social and environmental challenges, strengthen their resilience, and discover their role in activism and community change.

Participants will take part in interactive workshops and activities focused on understanding ecological and social systems, climate justice, and food sovereignty. Through discussions, group work, and peer learning, you will explore how global crises are connected, reflect on vulnerability in a changing climate, and learn from movements such as queer-feminist and anti-racist activism that promote more inclusive and resilient societies.

The programme combines experiential learning with practical skill-building, including workshops on mediation, conflict management, and emotional resilience. Participants will also engage in hands-on activities such as visiting urban gardening initiatives and exploring real-life examples of activism in practice.

If you want to better understand today’s social and environmental issues, gain tools for activism and resilience, and connect with others to create meaningful change, this training course is for you!

Age of participants: 18+

Accommodation and meals during the project will be free of charge. Travel expenses will be reimbursed according to Erasmus+ rules after the project.
