In today’s fast-paced digital world, multitasking, remote work, and constant connectivity have led to rising levels of stress and burnout — especially among youth workers, educators, and NGO professionals. This training course responds to the growing need for better self-organization, time management, and task delegation skills. It encourages a healthier work-life balance by focusing on personal well-being, effective prioritization, and the importance of rest and recovery.
The program also aims to strengthen the capacity of youth organizations by introducing modern work practices, fostering entrepreneurial thinking among young people, and increasing awareness of current labor market trends. It promotes understanding of cultural and social dynamics in online collaboration while equipping participants with tools to create more sustainable, professional, and supportive work environments.
