Sha.K.E. is a training course designed for NGOs, third-sector organisations and all participants that want to grow their digital skills and strengthen their impact in local communities.

The project combines online learning and an on-site training in Lecce. Before meeting in person, participants will take part in an online English conversation course, helping them connect with the group, and prepare for the international experience.

During the on-site training in Lecce, you will explore digital tools for non-profit organisations, best practices in digital transformation, and practical solutions for NGO management and communication. You will also meet organisations from different European countries, share experiences, and learn from each other.
