This training course is designed for youth workers who want to strengthen their competences through the exchange of good practices, mutual learning, and the development of practical skills relevant to contemporary youth work.
Participants will take part in workshops, practical sessions, discussions, and peer learning activities focused on key themes such as mental health, inclusion, sustainability, community engagement, and project management. Through activities prepared by different national teams, you will explore a variety of approaches to youth work, share methods and experiences, and learn from one another in an international setting.
The programme combines non-formal education methods, teamwork, and international exchange to strengthen key competences such as facilitation, communication, cooperation, project planning, and community-based work. Special attention is given to professional growth, active contribution, and long-term cooperation between partner organisations.

Age of participants: 18+
Accommodation and meals during the project will be free of charge. Travel expenses will be reimbursed according to Erasmus+ rules after the project.
