Location: Sofia, Bulgaria

This project explores innovative methodologies and practices in youth work, emphasizing youth participation in sustainable development, shared decision-making, youth-centered design, personal development and sustainable growth. The project’s goal is to create practical, implementable strategies, and interactive workshops tailored to NGOs. The working language of the project will be English. 

The project will cover the following topics:
– EU opportunities for personal and career development
– EU values and sustainable growth mindset
– Sustainable development
– Youth participation and shared decision-making
– Non-formal education and game-based learning
– Sustainability-focused programme design

The training course will follow a program of activities and workshops that focus on sustainable practices, active youth participation, and youth-centered design of sustainability projects.

Age of participants: 18+

Accommodation and meals during the project will be free of charge. Travel expenses will be reimbursed after the project
