The project aims to equip youth workers with the knowledge, skills, and tools to understand the impact of personal beliefs and self-image on our mental wellbeing and course of life. By deepening their own awareness and competencies, youth workers will be better prepared to support young people in developing a positive self-image. The six-day training will provide a structured learning process, combining theoretical insights with practical exercises. Participants will engage in reflective sessions and interactive workshops. By the end of the training, youth workers will leave with a renewed sense of self-awareness and tools to empower young people in building a healthier self image and improving their mental well-being.
Age of participants: 18+
Accommodation and meals during the project will be free of charge. Travel expenses will be reimbursed after the project.
