Ready to lead impactful youth exchanges? Toolbox for (ex)change is an interactive training course designed to equip aspiring youth exchange leaders with the essential skills to create and facilitate meaningful, inclusive exchanges.

Rooted in experiential learning and intercultural dialogue, the course allows to explore non-formal education methods while covering key topics like mental health and wellbeing, sustainability, and digital literacy.

Through hands-on experiences and a participative approach, we will  engage in a variety of activities such as theatre methods, simulation games, and debates, all designed to foster peer learning and encourage self-directed growth.

By the end of the course, you’ll have the tools and confidence to lead youth exchanges that empower young people, promote cultural understanding, and address today’s most pressing issues.
