This training course brings together youth workers from across Europe to explore how the LifeComp framework—the European model for personal, social, and learning-to-learn competences—can be applied in youth work to better support disadvantaged young people.
Over six days, participants will deepen their understanding of how to foster personal growth and positive mental health through practical, inclusive approaches. The program will cover themes such as emotional resilience, motivation, and the creation of safe learning environments that empower young people to thrive.
Through interactive workshops, peer exchange, and real-life case studies, youth workers will gain tools to integrate LifeComp principles into daily practice, improving both the wellbeing and the future opportunities of the youth they work with.
This is a space for learning, sharing, and building stronger strategies to make a lasting difference in communities.
