This training course is designed for youth workers, mentors and volunteers who want to grow their skills and confidence in supporting young people through international volunteering.
The main focus of the training is mentoring – how to support volunteers in a meaningful, human and empowering way.
Together, we will explore what good mentoring really means, how to create supportive learning environments, and how to align mentoring practices with the real needs of volunteers and organisations.
The course is based on the Mentoring Competence Framework and builds on real-life experiences from European Solidarity Corps projects.
Through interactive workshops, group work, discussions, reflection spaces and hands-on methods, participants will share good practices, test new mentoring tools, and learn from each other in a friendly and supportive international group.
The programme also offers time for self-reflection, peer learning and networking, helping you feel more confident, motivated and connected in your role.
If you are passionate about youth work, volunteering, learning and personal growth, and you want to strengthen your mentoring skills while being part of an open and welcoming community, this training course is a great opportunity for you to learn, reflect and grow together with others.
