Location: Hollókő, Hungary
This training course is designed for experienced youth workers, trainers, mentors, and coaches who want to explore well-being, self-care, and personal development while strengthening their skills in a supportive international learning environment.
Participants will take part in experiential workshops and non-formal learning activities focused on motivation, creativity, mindfulness, facilitation, and healthy balance between digital and offline life. Through methods such as experiential learning, gamification, simulations, creative recycling, art therapies, outdoor activities, and team building, you will explore new tools for supporting both your personal and professional well-being.
The programme combines non-formal education methods, creativity, cooperation, and self-reflection to strengthen key competences such as facilitation, communication, self-assessment, teamwork, and mental well-being support. The training also encourages participants to act as co-creators by bringing their own tools, activities, and ideas into the programme, and by sharing the results later in their local communities.
If you want to discover new well-being tools and develop your facilitation skills this training course is for you!
Age of participants: 18+
Accommodation and meals during the project will be free of charge. Travel expenses will be reimbursed according to Erasmus+ rules after the project.
