As online employment becomes increasingly common, with many companies shifting toward remote recruitment, it is essential to prepare young people for the evolving labor market. This training course addresses the growing demand for digital readiness by equipping youth with the skills needed to thrive in remote work environments. It also aims to make young people more competitive in the online job market by helping them understand current trends, develop essential competencies, and navigate new forms of employment.
The course also focuses on strengthening the role of non-governmental organizations in supporting youth—particularly those from remote or economically challenged areas—by enhancing their ability to provide career guidance and promote entrepreneurial thinking. Participants will gain insights into the cultural, social, and linguistic dynamics of online work and explore how to create more modern, inclusive, and professional work environments within their organizations.
