Location: Craiova, Romania

This youth exchange is designed for youth workers who want to explore artificial intelligence, digital tools, and ethical innovation while strengthening their skills in an international and intercultural learning environment.

Participants will take part in interactive workshops and non-formal education activities focused on artificial intelligence, youth engagement, education, and the future of work. Through group sessions, practical exercises, reflection, and real-life testing of activities, you will explore how AI influences everyday life, communication, and learning, while discovering how digital tools can be used in a practical and responsible way in youth work. 

The programme combines non-formal education methods, teamwork, and collaborative learning to strengthen key competences such as digital literacy, critical thinking, communication, facilitation, and ethical awareness. Special attention is given to promoting the responsible use of AI, understanding risks such as misinformation, algorithmic bias, and digital rights, and helping participants integrate AI tools into youth work in a balanced and meaningful way. The project will also result in a practical handbook with user-friendly guidelines for youth workers.

Age of participants: 18+

Accommodation and meals during the project will be free of charge. Travel expenses will be reimbursed according to Erasmus+ rules after the project.
