Young Baltic Energy Futures: European Multiplier Workshop is an Erasmus+ training course for young people and youth workers who want to explore the climate-energy-security nexus and social-ecological transformation. In an international group, you will explore Baltic perspectives on the energy transition, engage with experts from adelphi and Chalmers University of Technology, and discuss obstacles and solutions with politicians and civil society representatives.

The course is built around hands-on thematic labs, combining World Café sessions, round tables, and expert workshops with concrete methods you can bring back to your organization. Alongside content exploration, the programme supports reflection and peer-learning so you leave with a clearer approach to applying energy literacy and new workshop modules in real youth work contexts.

Age of participants: 18+
