If you’re looking for an enriching experience in a dynamic environment, learning to cooperate and discovering new ways of living and thinking, the Centre de Beaumotte, a popular education association, is looking forward to welcoming you. Immersed in the heart of the countryside, you’ll have the opportunity to share your daily life with young people from all over the world, from a wide variety of backgrounds. Here, we firmly believe that our differences are a real strength, and we can’t wait to show you how this diversity can enrich our lives.

The aim is to bring together young people from four different countries to explore the many facets of ecology. First of all, we’ll be asking ourselves: sustainable development or degrowth ? Transition or revolution ? These debates will take place at stands designed and run by your group itself. Together, you’ll bring to life a village of alternatives in the heart of our center ! As a space for dialogue and learning, you’ll be able to share your experiences and questions. These reflections will be pursued through various practical workshops, approximately 5 hours a day : introduction to permaculture, recognition and gathering of wild plants, food processing, lectures on insects, manufacture of zero waste kits, bicycle repair, basketry, gleaning… and with your own ideas, of course ! A concrete immersion in sustainable and alternative practices.

Age of participants: 18 – 30

Accommodation and meals during the project will be free of charge. Travel expenses will be reimbursed after the project
