This international Youth Exchange brings together young people from across Europe for nearly two weeks of deep, meaningful exploration of mental health, self-discovery, and creative expression- in the cozy mountain retreat of Kovářská, in the heart of the Ore Mountains of northwest Bohemia.

Through interactive workshops and non-formal learning sessions, you will explore how to understand your own emotions and needs, build psychological resilience, and discover how creativity can become a powerful tool for personal growth and self-expression.
