This youth exchange is designed for young people who want to explore mental health, identity, and belonging in a world that often feels uncertain, pressured, and divided. It’s a space where your emotions matter, your story is valid, and creativity becomes a powerful tool to express, connect, and heal.
Through a mix of non-formal education and creative workshops — including visual arts, performance, writing, and digital media — we’ll work to reflect on how societal changes, cultural tensions, and identity struggles affect our inner worlds.
Together, we’ll explore how external pressures shape our emotions, how silence and stigma around mental health can isolate us, and how we can turn our experiences into art that tells a different story.
This exchange is not about finding perfect solutions, but seeks to strengthen inclusion, solidarity, and intercultural understanding through shared experiences and collective expression.
